Privacy Policy
Last updated September 24, 2026
This policy explains what ClipRadar ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions: bulletchallenge1@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, display name and sign-in information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are never visible to us.
- Your creator profile: your niche, platforms and content style.
- What you add or create: videos and their stats, ideas, templates and your pipeline.
- Connected accounts: if you connect YouTube, we read your channel details and video statistics (such as views, likes and comments) with read-only access. If you connect TikTok or Instagram, our provider Phyllo gives us the statistics for your posts. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
- Billing: PayPal processes payments. We receive your subscription status, plan, payment amounts and dates, a PayPal subscription ID, and the payer name and email PayPal includes in its payment notifications. We never receive your card details.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser and timestamps, kept by our hosting and database providers for security and debugging. We also record the scores we show and how ideas perform afterwards, to measure how accurate ClipRadar is.
How we use it
- To run ClipRadar: generate and rank ideas, build templates, and show trends and your analytics.
- To measure and improve the accuracy of our scores.
- To handle billing, support, security and fraud prevention.
- To email you about your account (such as sign-up and password resets) and your billing.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run ClipRadar for us, and only what each one needs:
- Supabase: database and sign-in, on servers in the EU.
- Vercel: hosting.
- Anthropic: the AI that writes ideas and templates. Each request includes your niche, profile and the relevant video data.
- Google and YouTube API Services: when you connect YouTube.
- Phyllo: when you connect TikTok or Instagram.
- Public video data providers: collect publicly available videos from other creators for niche research. They receive search terms such as your niche, never your personal data.
- PayPal: payments.
- Google Ads: our website uses the Google tag to measure whether ads lead to sign-ups.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
YouTube data
ClipRadar uses YouTube API Services, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to data accessed through them. You can revoke ClipRadar's access anytime in your Google security settings, or disconnect YouTube on ClipRadar's Connections page.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to cache data so pages load quickly. The Google tag on our website may set cookies to measure ad conversions.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. You can erase your videos, ideas and pipeline anytime in Settings with Erase all data, and you can ask us by email to delete your account entirely. We and PayPal keep payment records as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, for example the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We'll reply within 30 days.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS, each account's data is isolated at the database level, and connected-account tokens are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Children
ClipRadar isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us personal data, email us and we'll delete it.
International transfers
Our providers process data in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside your country.
Changes
When this policy changes we'll update the date above, and we'll tell you in the app or by email about important changes.
