Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ClipRadar at clipradar.net ("ClipRadar", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using ClipRadar, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions: bulletchallenge1@gmail.com.

1. What ClipRadar does

ClipRadar is software for short-form video creators. It generates and ranks video ideas, shows trending videos in your niche, turns videos and ideas into filming templates, and lets you track your own video performance.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use ClipRadar.
• Keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information, and keep each account to one person.

3. Free and Pro plans

ClipRadar has a free plan and a paid plan, ClipRadar Pro. Pro unlocks Analytics and Templates and costs $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year. The price is always shown at checkout before you buy. We may change what each plan includes over time. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you before the new price applies to your next renewal.

4. Payments, renewal and cancellation

• Payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or a card through PayPal, and PayPal's user agreement also applies to your payment. We never see or store your card details.
• Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings, then Manage billing, which opens your PayPal automatic payments, or directly in your PayPal account. After you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or reversed, for example through a chargeback, Pro access ends immediately.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use ClipRadar to break the law or anyone's rights. Don't try to get around plan limits or security, reverse engineer or overload the service, access other people's accounts, scrape ClipRadar, or resell it without our written permission.

6. Connected accounts and third-party services

If you connect YouTube, ClipRadar uses YouTube API Services, and you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. TikTok and Instagram connections run through our data provider, Phyllo. ClipRadar also shows publicly available videos from other creators for research and inspiration. Those videos belong to their creators, and you're responsible for how you use them.

7. Your content

Videos, stats, ideas and templates you add or create in ClipRadar are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can erase your data anytime in Settings.

8. Ideas and scores are estimates

View potential scores, ideas and templates are predictions based on data, not guarantees. We don't promise any number of views, followers or earnings, and what you post is your decision and your responsibility.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using ClipRadar anytime, and you can ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close a paid account for any other reason, we'll refund the unused part of the current billing period.

10. Disclaimers and liability

ClipRadar is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using ClipRadar after that, you accept the new terms.
